Local Outreach Team

The Local Outreach Team is responsible for all local outreach through the church. Our desire is to provide opportunities for church members to be able to reach out to the community around us. We do this through organizing various outreach events throughout the year. Vigilant and earnest prayer is also essential in this ministry. As we preach the message of Christ, it is absolutely imperative that we beseech the Lord to open the hearts of these people to respond to the message that they hear. As God called each one of His children to go and make disciples of the nations, we have a responsibility to share the gospel with those in our own community. The goal of this team is not to create activities for our enjoyment, or to create a type of evangelism where we are centered on what will attract people to come to church by any means. Rather, our goal is to shine Christ through the body of the church through special outreach events, local mission trips, local campus evangelism, and providing opportunities for church members to bring friends, families, and loved ones to hear the gospel.
